Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped between 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday), not including weekends or holidays, from the U.S., the day you placed the order with an average shipping time of 4-7 business days.
** Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are seeing some delayed delivery times in some of our products ** Please allow up to 7-12 business days for *some* items to be delivered.
Due to the increasing shipping cost, USPS etc. we've had to increase our shipping cost by .50. Thank you for your understanding.
Standard shipping as of right now is: $6.00. We do however, try to keep it at its lowest for our customers.
💥 Local Delivery Only: FREE Only for Baker County, FL. We can do drop offs to a few of our vendor locations in Clay County, FL. As always, message us.

Delays with UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. in shipping

International Duties or Customs charges due to some import items

Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping servicer such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. will be responsible once the products are shipped. *Please send us a picture of the damaged item you received in the mail.

Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
- Delivery to a wrong address. Please provide us with a correct shipping address.
- Stolen packages. (Please contact us to let us know of the incident, so we can discuss it further) Being is, shoppers tend to use this to their advantage of getting free items. Scammers.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 2-5 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed (up to 7-10 business days).
- All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information was not sent to you via email/text, please contact us for that information. We will be glad to provide that information. This confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but if you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for carrier guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact one of the carrier contact numbers listed above. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if a carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
