Our car freshies are handmade with care, which means each one is unique! While we strive to make each freshie look as close to the picture as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafting process. This ensures that every freshie is one-of-a-kind.
We also offer customized cardstock options, so you can make your car freshie even more personal. If you see a design on our social media that isn't yet listed on our website, don’t worry—we still have it! Just message us, and we’ll be happy to fulfill your order.

- Car freshies are originally meant to hang from the rear view mirror, but can be placed in a locker, small bathroom, closet or wherever you like.
Our car freshies typically last around one month to six weeks, depending on factors like location and outdoor temperature. Heat can actually enhance the fragrance, so warmer weather may make the scent more potent.
Our typical turnaround time (TAT) is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, if the scent you're requesting is already in stock, we can often ship it out sooner. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!
Please note that car freshies can become soft when exposed to direct sunlight, especially in hot climates like Florida. If this happens, it’s perfectly fine to place your car freshie in a shaded spot, such as on your blinker or another area out of direct sunlight. However, be cautious with the mica powder on the freshie, as it can transfer to surfaces.
For safety, avoid placing the freshie on any flat surface where it might get damaged or cause staining.

No exchanges, refunds, or returns. Each car freshie will come with a label warning. Please read those carefully. Well Rooted Creations is not liable for any malfunctions or damage done by a car freshie.
Wholesale (Bulk) car freshies are made to order. TAT is 14 - 21 days, not including weekends or holidays. For larger bulk orders please allow some extra time.
Wholesale orders include: A completed decorated car freshie, a string, and a bead. Each car freshie is placed in a protected scent bag that has a zip lock type closure. Each bag comes with a warning label, and the name of the scent written on the scent label.
