* Shipping: Shipping is charged at checkout on the website.
* Local pickup: Local public meetup is FREE. (Message us if needed) Only applies to Baker County Florida Residents ONLY, unless it's a drop off to one of our stores we vendor at in Clay/Duval County Florida.
* Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, since everything is made to order. (not including holidays and weekends) Some occasions, your ordered item, may be ready sooner than expected.
* Sizes: All SIZES are available including onesies up to adult - Please message us to order if not listed (some sizes may take longer than others).
* Colors: We offer all colors!
* Styles: Comfort Colors, Gildan Soft style and Bella Canvas are our most popular tees. We offer other options too, if specified. Ex: Polo style, V-neck, Crop, and more.
* Payment is accepted at checkout. If local pickup, payment must be received before the order is started. (Message us at wellrootedcreations@yahoo.com for cash app & Venmo info as both are accepted or message us through our Facebook page)
* Care Instructions: It is best to wash your garment inside out with cold water. No fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry low or hang/lay flat to dry. This will keep your graphic item looking the best.
* Return policy: All item graphic tees/sweatshirts (except for customs) can be returned as long as the item hasn't been worn or damaged & is smoke free. Please notify us as soon as you get your order within 7 business days of receiving the purchased item regarding your concern. You must pay for your own return shipping. The exchange will incur no additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose is your choice and you are responsible for tracking your return item. No returns are accepted on custom orders.
* Bleaching : At this time, we do not offer any kind of bleaching.
